The Platform has two sections: (a) Local Market — products for domestic distribution within Egypt; and (b) Export Market — products for international export. Categories include but are not limited to: agricultural produce, grains, fruits, vegetables, herbs, oils, dairy, seafood, poultry, meat, livestock, flowers, and honey.الموقع دليل إدراج إلكتروني فقط. للمنصة قسمان: (أ) السوق المحلية — منتجات للتوزيع الداخلي؛ و(ب) سوق التصدير. تشمل التصنيفات على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: المنتجات الزراعية والحبوب والفاكهة والخضروات والأعشاب والزيوت والألبان والمأكولات البحرية والدواجن واللحوم والماشية والزهور والعسل.

We are NOT a marketplace, broker, agent, intermediary, or party to any transaction. We do not verify, inspect, certify, or guarantee any product, seller, buyer, or claim. We are not responsible for the live, perishable, or regulated nature of livestock, poultry, or meat products.لسنا سوقاً أو وسيطاً أو وكيلاً أو طرفاً في أي معاملة. لا نتحقق من أي منتج أو بائع أو مشترٍ أو ادعاء. لسنا مسؤولين عن الطبيعة الحية أو القابلة للتلف أو الخاضعة للتنظيم لمنتجات الماشية أو الدواجن أو اللحوم.

3. User Accounts & Registrationالحسابات والتسجيل

To list products you must register an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.لإدراج المنتجات يجب التسجيل بمعلومات دقيقة وحديثة. أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة عبر حسابك. نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أي حساب أو إنهائه في أي وقت وفق تقديرنا المطلق دون إشعار.

4. Seller Obligationsالتزامات البائع

As a Seller you represent and warrant that: all product information is truthful and accurate; you hold all required permits, licenses, veterinary certifications, health certificates, and export authorizations; your products comply with applicable Egyptian laws and, for export listings, laws of destination countries; and you bear sole and exclusive responsibility for all listings and resulting transactions, including any loss or harm from livestock, poultry, or meat trade.بصفتك بائعاً تُقرّ وتضمن أن: جميع معلومات المنتج صحيحة ودقيقة؛ وأنك تمتلك جميع التصاريح والتراخيص والشهادات البيطرية وشهادات الصحة وتفويضات التصدير اللازمة؛ وأن منتجاتك تمتثل للقوانين المصرية المعمول بها ولقوانين دول المقصد في حالة التصدير؛ وأنك تتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة والمنفردة عن جميع القوائم والمعاملات الناتجة، بما يشمل أي خسارة أو ضرر من تجارة الماشية أو الدواجن أو اللحوم.

5. Buyer Responsibilitiesمسؤوليات المشتري

All due diligence, verification, regulatory compliance checks, and risk assessment for sellers and products are solely the Buyer's responsibility. ProductOfEgypt.com does not endorse any seller or product. Any transaction is solely between Buyer and Seller. For livestock, poultry, and meat purchases, Buyers must independently verify veterinary health certificates, slaughter compliance, cold chain requirements, import permits, and all applicable regulations.تقع العناية الواجبة الكاملة والتحقق ومراجعة الامتثال التنظيمي وتقييم المخاطر للبائعين والمنتجات على عاتق المشتري وحده. لا يوصي الموقع بأي بائع أو منتج. لمشتريات الماشية والدواجن واللحوم، يجب على المشترين التحقق بشكل مستقل من الشهادات الصحية البيطرية وامتثال الذبح ومتطلبات سلسلة التبريد وتصاريح الاستيراد وجميع اللوائح المعمول بها.

6. Prohibited Conductالسلوك المحظور

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings of any kindتقديم قوائم كاذبة أو مضللة أو احتيالية من أي نوع
• Listing livestock, poultry, or meat products without proper veterinary and regulatory documentationإدراج الماشية أو الدواجن أو اللحوم دون توثيق بيطري وتنظيمي مناسب
• Listing illegal products, diseased animals, or products violating food safety lawsإدراج منتجات غير قانونية أو حيوانات مريضة أو منتجات تنتهك قوانين سلامة الغذاء
• Any violation of applicable Egyptian, international, or destination-country lawsأي انتهاك للقوانين المصرية أو الدولية أو قوانين دول المقصد المعمول بها
• Scraping, spamming, phishing, or impersonating any person or entityاستخراج البيانات أو البريد المزعج أو التصيد الاحتيالي أو انتحال هوية أي شخص أو جهة

7. Limitation of Liabilityتحديد المسؤولية

ProductOfEgypt.com and all Associated Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, livestock illness or death, product spoilage, regulatory fines, or any other damages regardless of nature, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.لن يكون الموقع وجميع الأطراف المرتبطة مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، أو خسارة في الأرباح، أو مرض أو نفوق الماشية، أو تلف المنتجات، أو الغرامات التنظيمية، أو أي أضرار أخرى مهما كانت طبيعتها.

8. Indemnificationالتعويض

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProductOfEgypt.com and all Associated Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your listings, your violation of these Terms, or any transaction you enter into.توافق على الدفاع عن الموقع وجميع الأطراف المرتبطة وتعويضهم وحمايتهم من جميع المطالبات والأضرار والخسائر والمسؤوليات والتكاليف والنفقات (بما في ذلك أتعاب المحامين) الناشئة عن استخدامك للمنصة أو قوائمك أو انتهاكك لهذه الشروط أو أي معاملة تجريها.

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitrationتسوية النزاعات والتحكيم

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in Florida, USA, conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS, at ProductOfEgypt.com's election. You expressly waive any right to class action or representative action. Except for small claims court, you may not file any lawsuit against ProductOfEgypt.com or any Associated Party in any court. Any attempt to do so shall result in dismissal and an award of attorneys' fees to ProductOfEgypt.com.يُحسم أي نزاع أو مطالبة أو خلاف ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو المنصة أو يتعلق بها حصراً من خلال التحكيم النهائي الملزم في فلوريدا، وفقاً لقواعد جمعية التحكيم الأمريكية (AAA) أو JAMS حسب اختيار الموقع. تتنازل صراحةً عن أي حق في دعوى جماعية. باستثناء محاكم المطالبات الصغيرة، لا يحق لك رفع أي دعوى ضد الموقع أو أي طرف مرتبط به. أي محاولة تستوجب الرفض وإلزامك بأتعاب المحامين.

10. Governing Law & General Provisionsالقانون الحاكم وأحكام عامة

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions stay in full effect. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access at our sole discretion without notice. We use data to operate the Platform and display your listings. Your listing information — including business name, product details, and general location — is publicly visible. We do not sell personal information. Eligible Sellersالبائعون المؤهلون

Farmers, farm owners, agricultural producers, food processors, poultry producers, meat processors, livestock traders, merchants, export companies, and agricultural cooperatives operating within Egypt dealing in Egyptian-origin products.المزارعون وأصحاب المزارع والمنتجون الزراعيون ومصنعو الأغذية ومنتجو الدواجن ومصنعو اللحوم وتجار الماشية والتجار وشركات التصدير والتعاونيات الزراعية العاملة في مصر والمتعاملة في منتجات مصرية المنشأ.

Livestock, Poultry & Meat — Special Requirementsالماشية والدواجن واللحوم — متطلبات خاصة

Sellers of livestock, poultry, and meat products represent and warrant that they hold all applicable Egyptian veterinary authority certifications, health certificates, slaughter facility licenses, halal certifications (if claimed), and cold chain compliance documentation. Export listings must represent compliance with destination country import health requirements. Sellers bear sole responsibility for all regulatory compliance and consequences of non-compliance.يُقرّ بائعو الماشية والدواجن واللحوم ويضمنون أنهم يمتلكون جميع شهادات الهيئة البيطرية المصرية المعمول بها وشهادات الصحة وتراخيص مرافق الذبح وشهادات الحلال (إن ادُّعيت) ووثائق الامتثال لسلسلة التبريد. يجب أن تُقرّ قوائم التصدير بالامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة الاستيرادية في دول المقصد. يتحمل البائعون وحدهم مسؤولية جميع الامتثال التنظيمي وعواقب عدم الامتثال.

Prohibited Listingsالإدراجات المحظورة

• Diseased, quarantined, or non-compliant animals or animal productsالحيوانات أو منتجاتها المريضة أو المحجوزة أو غير المطابقة
• Products with false halal, organic, or certification claimsالمنتجات ذات ادعاءات حلال أو عضوي أو شهادات كاذبة
• Products not originating from Egyptالمنتجات غير المنشأ من مصر
• Counterfeit, adulterated, or mislabeled productsالمنتجات المزورة أو المغشوشة أو ذات الوسوم المضللة
• Any product illegal under Egyptian or applicable international lawأي منتج غير قانوني بموجب القانون المصري أو الدولي المعمول به

Seller Responsibilityمسؤولية البائع

Sellers bear sole and exclusive responsibility for the accuracy and legality of their listings and for all consequences of any resulting transactions. ProductOfEgypt.com bears no liability for any listing or transaction of any kind.يتحمل البائعون المسؤولية المنفردة الكاملة عن دقة قوائمهم ومشروعيتها وعن جميع تبعات أي معاملات ناجمة عنها. لا يتحمل الموقع أي مسؤولية عن أي قائمة أو معاملة من أي نوع.
